Class Experience

Vedic Maths is about techniques which help learners perform quick mental calculations. In this class students will practice 2 digit additions example : 34 +49 and 2 digit subtraction through simple vedic techniques. These techniques help students develop critical thinking and make use of the logic of number bonds and number relations. Day 1: Super Fast Addition - Learners will practice calculating 2 digit additions in a super quick method. A prerequisite is that they should know the number bonds upto 20 well. Day 2: Crazy Subtractions - Learners will practice 2 digit subtractions example : 47-39 within a few seconds , using the vedic math. They should know the number bonds of 10 well to be able to do this. This class is highly interactive and to help the student understand and practice calculations in the mind , the teacher will be calling out their name to perform the questions. Kindly ensure the child is comfortable interacting and answering.
