How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

Zumba Kids is a dance-inspired fitness form in which the moves will be very simple for the kids to follow.
We break down the steps to add games fun activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.


Class Time structure:
1. 10 mins of warmup with dance and games.
2. Choreography for the style of dance we are going to learn. ( with basic steps and movements review)
3. Virtual tour to different countries: this is a knowledge-sharing session where kids learn about different countries their culture and many more.
4. Each class will have a different theme so that kids enjoy to the fullest.


Benefits:
There are a lot of benefits of Zumba for children. 
It boosts their mind, self-confidence, and esteem improves teamwork, increases flexibility, develops imagination and creativity improves their memory power, and also the socializing skills.
 
Classes will be conducted on the Zoom app.

There is no external source required

Multiple Class: 4 weeks, 8 days, each day one hour.

Students who are participating can improve coordination and mind body awareness. Teaching kids how cardio dance and fitness in general can keep them active, healthy and happy. Students will learn how important warm up exercises and stretching is important to recovery and reducing muscle soreness. I'll also be sharing how dance fitness can be a fun cross training activity for the young sports athlete--great for cardiovascular, endurance and strength.

There will be no homework shared

The progress will be assessed in the class.

Not necessary for parents to be with the kid. Just login and your kids will enjoy for full 1 hr.
