The classes start with warm up session, Floor exercises, Asanas and Pranayama. This will be followed by me modeling an exercise for the students, and then all of us doing it together for one round. We will take a breather after each round, during which the students can sip on some water and then we get right back into it! We will start cooling down about 5 minutes before the class ends.
I will model various exercises for them; such as yoga poses, stretching, and a heavy serving of jumping and laughing.
My teaching style is very laid back. I also have the ability to build rapport with students very easily. I love to laugh and be silly with my students.
The students need zero experience to be able to participate in this class. This is perfect for beginners, as well as those that are more advanced. I will show variations of exercises, depending on the skill levels of the learners.
