Class Experience
In this ongoing class, your child will be immersed in yoga, meditation, and relaxation to calm the mind and reflect.
The sessions will comprise Stretching exercises, Asana's and Breathing techniques. Students will learn specific yoga poses including yoga flows (sun salutations) etc.
We will practice mindfulness by engaging in brief, teacher-led meditations using Belly Breathing and guided meditations. This is an inclusive class and all aspects can be modified for your learner.
