Class Experience
In this class, we will be focusing on building and maintaining our physicality, strength, and endurance. Health and wellness is a vital aspect of our lives, and it's important that kids spend at least 45 minutes per day engaging in physical activity, increasing their overall health. This class will meet thrice a week. Class each week will consist of:
1. Tuesday - strengthening exercises.
2. Thursday - core and body balance exercises.
3. Saturday - skills to improve coordination using small ball, footballs, and basketball, etc.
