Class Experience
In this course, Yoga Class will be of 60 minutes. We will begin with a warm-up, flexibility, and mobility drills followed by different yoga postures. The kids will learn about breathing techniques and will also be doing small sessions of meditation. The class is going to be interactive with fun elements to keep the kids engaged. Some games will be introduced during the session if required. We will be doing postures together. There will be a little discussion at the beginning or at the end of the class to share views. The kids are going to have fun learning Yoga and its importance in our lives.
Please have a yoga mat, laptop/mobile phone with a webcam, and wear comfortable clothing for this class.
