How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Description

Class Experience

In this course, Yoga Class will be of 60 minutes. We will begin with a warm-up, flexibility, and mobility drills followed by different yoga postures. The kids will learn about breathing techniques and will also be doing small sessions of meditation. The class is going to be interactive with fun elements to keep the kids engaged. Some games will be introduced during the session if required. We will be doing postures together. There will be a little discussion at the beginning or at the end of the class to share views. The kids are going to have fun learning Yoga and its importance in our lives. 

Please have a yoga mat, laptop/mobile phone with a webcam, and wear comfortable clothing for this class.

I have been part of the Health and Fitness Industry for over 16 years. I have taught Yoga & Fitness one-on-one and as well as in large group settings to students ranging from age 7-65 yrs. . I also practice clinical hypnotherapy to help people deal with various issues.

Yoga mat, water bottle, towel, comfortable clothing.

Yes, few materials will be needed before the class.

Multiple Class: 4 weeks, twice a week, Wednesday & Friday, each day one hour.

Children will learn new postures, body movement, awareness, meditation, the importance of breath, and general wellness.

Homework will not be given

The progress will be assessed daily in the class.

Young children to be accompanied by a Caregiver.

Hi. I am Vandana. I have been part of the Health and Fitness Industry for over 16 years. I have taught Yoga & Fitness one-on-one and as well as in large group settings to students ranging from age 7-65 yrs. After teaching Fitness & Exercise for school children for about 2 years, I moved on completely to teach yoga and other forms of group fitness exercises. I also practice clinical hypnotherapy to help people deal with various issues.
