How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

Want to get fit? Stuck inside due to social distancing requirements? Need a PE class? Don't worry- I've got you covered. This class is designed to get you in great shape--no matter what your current fitness level might be. We will start off slow and focus on the basics such as warming up, using proper form, and reaching your goals. I'll be passing on what I learned with the Marines--to get you in the best shape ever! And you can custom fit this training to your current fitness level. You can work harder or a little easier if needed in the beginning. This class can be modified to meet your needs. You can choose to join in more than once a week if you would like to increase the frequency. So grab a bottle of water! Get a notebook and pen--this is your fitness journal! We will do a fitness test every 7-8 weeks so we can track your progress! Get ready to meet other people! Let's do this!
Each class will consist of four rounds of exercised such as the following- with short recovery breaks between.
  • Body weight exercises like push-ups, planks, squats or mountain climbers
  • Yoga
  • Jumping jacks
  • Dancing to music
  • Balancing on one foot

I am Hardworking and goal-oriented Personal Fitness Trainer with over 4 years of experience.

Yoga mat. Students won't necessarily need one, but having one will help with comfort. -Water bottle near. Breaks will be short during the workout and students should have water near them. -Running or any type of shoes you can work out.

The ultimate goal is to demonstrate to students that they don't need to go to the gym or lift heavy weights to meet their fitness goals. All they need is a 6 by 6 square foot of space and dedication.

No formal homework will be assigned.

Students will need a little bit of space while doing the workout in order to perform jumps, burpees, etc. (6 square foot preferably).
