How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Description

Class Experience

In this ongoing course, students will dance to a variety of different songs with easy-to-follow choreography. The goal is to work on cardiovascular exercise to raise our heart rates while having fun! We will focus on different styles of dance fitness each week. Students will be up and moving the whole class.

Class structure:

5 Minutes: Intros/Instruction

10 Minutes: Warm-up/Stretch-Getting our bodies ready to move

35 Minutes: Dancing

10 Minutes: Cool Down

I am a certified kids fitness trainer apart from that trained in Kid's ballet. Taking dance sessions for more than 4 years for kid's. Have took many corporate summer camps and boot camps for kids.

Hello everyone! I am Deepa Choudhary, a Licensed Zumba Instructor, MMA practitioner, certified kids fitness trainer and trained in different dance form. I am a certified kids fitness trainer apart from that trained in Kids ballet as well. Taking dance sessions for more than 4 years for kids. Have taken many corporate summer camps and boot camps for kids. I am passionate towards fitness and my job is to provide result to the client while explaining the details to each and every workout they perform. Trained trainer is the key to best results and I truly believe in that and make sure to update my skills time to time. My basic goal is to focus on strength, stamina and flexibility all together.
